About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join our well-established and growing Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and professional firm.
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of private client matters while providing high-quality advice and exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including:
Wills and estate planning
Probate and estate administration
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Trusts and inheritance tax planning
Court of Protection matters (desirable)
Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Handling matters from instruction through to completion
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to the growth and development of the private client department
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Private Client work
Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning
Experience managing a full private client caseload independently
Excellent communication and client care skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
