About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Residential Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join our long-established and respected firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop an existing role with scope for growth and progression.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential property matters, including equity transfers, covenants, easements, and related issues. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients from the local area and beyond.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of a varied and interesting workload, working collaboratively with other solicitors to enhance and grow our client base.
Key Requirements
Qualified solicitor with minimum 3 years PQE in residential property law
Experience in equity transfers, covenants, easements, and related property matters
Strong IT skills and previous experience with case management systems
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm for developing a varied and evolving role
