About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and technically minded Spares Sales Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This is a key position focused on ensuring customers receive the correct spare parts quickly and efficiently.
The role is varied and hands-on, offering excellent opportunities for career progression. You'll need a strong technical or engineering background, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately under pressure.
Salary reviews are conducted quarterly, rewarding your development and contribution as you grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts for company machinery and OEM equipment
* Process orders, raise purchase orders, and manage procurement timelines
* Coordinate logistics, including courier and pallet shipments
* Arrange fitting or installation services where required
* Manage both simple and complex spares projects
* Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, stock, and dispatch activity
* Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
* Technical, engineering, or manufacturing background (essential)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive problem-solving approach
* Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
* IT literate, with experience using order management systems and office software
